Hello, my name is Robbi Smith 

I’m a registered nurse and integrative healer who blends medical knowledge with holistic practices to support healing of the mind, body, and spirit. Through yoga, Reiki, energy work, and guided manifestation, I help clients reconnect with their innate ability to heal themselves.

 

My journey began in 2003 after a cancer diagnosis led me to explore both alternative healing and clinical nursing. With experience in both worlds, I now integrate science and spirituality to support each person’s unique path to healing and transformation.

Explore my range of sessions designed to cultivate inner harmony, relieve physical tension, and nurture holistic well-being. Each session is thoughtfully customized to address your unique needs, inspiring a compassionate approach to personal transformation.

12-Step Flow Yoga 

Mind-Body Healing

This unique 60 min. class combines the physical and mental benefits of yoga with principles from 12-step recovery programs. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and reflection, participants explore personal growth, self-awareness, and healing in a supportive environment. All levels are welcome, and no prior experience with yoga or recovery programs is required.

Reiki Meditation

Energy Restoration

This Reiki Meditation class offers a deeply calming experience that blends guided meditation with the gentle flow of Reiki energy. You’ll be led into stillness through breath awareness and visualization while

 

Reiki is offered to support energetic balance, nervous system regulation, and inner clarity.

The practice is done fully clothed and seated or lying down—no prior meditation or Reiki experience is needed. Each class creates space to release stress, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your natural state of ease and wholeness.

Reiki Meditation is especially supportive during times of emotional stress, fatigue, or transition, and can help cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and a sense of grounded peace that carries into daily life.

Reiki Yoga 

Inner Stillness

 This gentle Hatha yoga class is designed to nourish the body and calm the mind. During resting periods, Reiki energy healing is incorporated to enhance relaxation, balance energy, and support overall well-being. Suitable for all levels, this class leaves you feeling rejuvenated, grounded, lighter and refreshed.

Reiki Sessions

Healing with Energy

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that supports balance, relaxation, and the body’s natural ability to heal. During a session, you’ll rest fully clothed on a comfortable table while light touch or hands placed just above the body help guide energy where it’s most needed.

​

Each session is intuitive and unique, supporting physical ease, emotional clarity, stress reduction, and a deep sense of calm. Many people experience warmth, subtle movement of energy, emotional release, or profound relaxation.

​

Reiki can be helpful during times of stress, illness, emotional overwhelm, or life transition, and it complements both medical care and other wellness practices. Sessions are suitable for all ages and are offered in a safe, supportive, and grounded environment.
